Tempesta indaga la maternità come esperienza di trasformazione profonda e inattesa.
Nato dal vissuto personale della nascita del mio primo figlio, Paride, è il tentativo di dare forma a un tempo emotivo denso e mutevole: un passaggio in cui forza e fragilità, luce e oscurità, si intrecciano senza confini netti.
La tempesta è il simbolo di questo attraversamento: un luogo interiore in cui la paura convive con lo stupore, e il disordine si trasforma in energia vitale.
Ogni immagine diventa traccia di un movimento emotivo — la sospensione prima del vento, la vertigine del turbine, la calma che segue la pioggia.
Con Tempesta ho voluto restituire la complessità della maternità, lontana da idealizzazioni, come spazio vivo e instabile, capace di generare nuove forme di consapevolezza, di presenza e di sguardo.
Tempest explores motherhood as a profound and unexpected transformation.
Born from the personal experience of my first child’s birth, Paride, it seeks to give shape to a dense and shifting emotional landscape — a passage where strength and fragility, light and darkness, intertwine without clear boundaries.
The storm becomes a metaphor for this inner journey: a space where fear coexists with wonder, and chaos turns into vital energy.
Each image is a trace of emotional movement — the suspension before the wind, the vertigo of the vortex, the calm that follows the rain.
With Tempest, I wanted to capture the complexity of motherhood, free from idealization — as a living, unstable space capable of generating new forms of awareness, presence, and vision.
